All Australian orders are shipped by Australia Post using Australia Post (standard) delivery fees and charges available at https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/.

All orders are automatically insured for their full value with Australia Post and whilst we do not guarantee delivery times, deliveries are estimated to arrive within 5-7 business days.

All international orders will be shipped using Australia Post International/DHL Express (standard) delivery fees and charges available at https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/.*

*The customer must be responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable on the international parcel.

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.

Please ensure you double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order to avoid delays.

Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Tracking Your Order
Once your online order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification by email confirming the details of your order. This email will also include a tracking number and information on how to track your order.  

Once your order has been placed, we cannot make any alternations including cancellations.
